Payment
Payment via Paypal or Credit Card through Paypal is accepted through this site. If you wish to pay with an alternative method (eg. personal check or money order), you must email to arrange payment within 12 hours of purchase, and payment must be received at the address provided to you or via Paypal within 10 days of purchase. Orders paid for with personal check will be shipped once the check clears, typically between 4-10 days.

Payment must be made or arranged within 12 hours of purchase or the item will be restocked.

If you do encounter a problem with one of our products, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please email for solutions. You will recieve a response within 24 business hours.

Because of the nature of digital products, no returns will be accepted on PDF patterns. However, I am happy to help you with the pattern or direct you somewhere that will help.
