Shipping Information
Delivery Confirmation is included in all shipping costs. International packages are sent on Thursdays. In-stock items ship within 3 business days, custom and semi-custom items ship within 7 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic packages to be delivered, one month to 6 weeks for international, depending on shipping method. If a package is returned as undeliverable, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will only ship packages to the address listed on the paypal invoice. If you want your package shipped somewhere else, you must add the address in your account prior to purchase.

Please understand that once your package is sent out, ArtistryEverything bears no responsibility for it's delivery or acceptance. Please make sure that if you are concerned about delivery, to purchase or request insurance at check out. Thank you!

We are happy to combine shipping on items from different Artistry stores. When finished shopping, simply email cs AT artistrylive DOT com to request a combined invoice.

Local Pick-up is available in Eugene Oregon and surrounding communities. Simply purchase the item you wish and then email cs AT artistrylive DOT com for an invoice and pick up location.

If you do encounter a problem with one of our products, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please email for solutions or a refund authorization. You will recieve a response within 24 business hours.

Returns are accepted on unused merchandise by the original purchaser only within 30 days of purchase. Items sold as a "second" or "used" are sold as-is and are non-refundable. Full refunds, minus shipping will be accepted for workmanship flaws, such as loose hook and loop or seams coming apart. You must email for a refund authorization to send the item back and recieve a refund or have the item fixed. This choice is at our discretion.

Artistry Everything products are all handcrafted with the utmost care and each one is totally unique. Each one has solidly sewn seams to withstand years of use. All appliques and embellishments are securely attached, but as with all toys, please supervise closely.
